Rhapsody.com Death Policy: How to Delete Rhapsody Account
Rhapsody.com does not currently have a death policy, but if you have the login credentials it is very simple to delete an account of a deceased user.
How to Delete Rhapsody Account
There are two options:
- Call toll-free number 1-866-563-6157
- Send in online cancellation form
To send in online cancellation form:
1. Go to Customer Support Contact Page at http://reclisten.custhelp.com/app/contact
2. Select ‘Cancel Subscription’
3. Click the Online Cancellation Form link to send your request
