Pandora Death Policy: How to Delete Pandora Account
Pandora allows family members to email Pandora to delete the account of a deceased user, but if you have the login credentials you can simply delete the account yourself.
How to Delete Pandora Account
To cancel a free account, contact Pandora Listener Support at pandora-support@pandora.com from the email address associated with that account with the request to delete the account. If you do not have access to that email account, you may email Pandora from another email account requesting to delete the Pandora account, but you must include the birth year and zip code of the subscriber.
To cancel a paid subscription:
1. Click on the ‘Account’ link in the upper right hand corner of the homepage
2. Click ‘Billing’ and uncheck the ‘Auto Renew’ box in the lower left corner
3. Click ‘Save’
Death Policy
The relatives of the deceased person can contact Pandora from the email account associated with the Pandora account or send an email with the birth year and zip code. If they request to delete the account, Pandora will delete the account for you.
