How to Notify Facebook of User Death
Facebook currently does not have a policy for contacting them when a user dies. Facebook does have a way to memorialize an account, but the login username and password are needed. If you would like to attempt to contact Facebook concerning the death of a user, there is a general email at info@facebook.com, however it is difficult to get a response.
